Kowloon Hearing Services Ltd was established by Mr. LAI Kwok Fai in 1993 and chartered by Siemens Hearing Aids Germany, an eminent brand with a long history, to be the chief distributor in Hong Kong and Macau. Over the past 20 years, we have been endeavor to conduct meticulous hearing tests, offer wholehearted consultation and recommendations, make highly effective hearing aids and so on. Mr. LAI Kwok Fai
Founder, Managing Director & Audiologist
Full member of British Association of Audiologists, Associate Member of British Society of Audiology, Member of British Academy of Audiology, Qualified Member of International Hearing Society (U.S.A.)
Mr. LAI Kwok Fai graduated from the Institute of Laryngology & Otology of the University College of London in 1980. He has been devoting himself to the hearing service industry since his graduation and has 30 years of rich experience in the field. He has been the Managing Director and Audiologist of Kowloon Hearing Services Ltd since its establishment in 1993. He served as the Chairman of Hong Kong Association of Audiologists from 2009 to 2011 and now assumes the Secretary of the Association to continue making great contribution to the hearing impaired group. Constantly striving for excellence, he attained his Master Degree of Health Care Management at the Oxford Brookes University in 2011. Currently, Mr. Lai is also serving as a member of the Hong Kong Hear Talk Foundation Local Service Committee, and working as a tutor in Audiology at Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions Spare Time Study Centre, aiming to increase public knowledge about the field and raising their awareness on hearing protection.
Social Responsibility．Active & Altruistic
Mr. Lai not only shows great ardor for providing hearing services at Kowloon Hearing Services Ltd, but also makes a warmhearted effort at voluntary work, putting his knowledge to greater use. Besides providing free talks on hearing for Centre for Senior Citizens of The Salvation Army, Rotary International and Lions Clubs International District 303 – Hong Kong & Macao, China, Mr. Lai annually pays a visit to three care homes for the elderly of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in Tai Po to conduct hearing tests and hearing aid check for the elders. Since he also assumed the Chief Supervisor of the Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Lions Club of the Peak Hong Kong Secretary and 2nd Vice President, and the Chairman of Hong Kong Association of Audiologists, he had been giving great support to the collaboration of the three parties for the organization of Free Children and Adults Hearing Check Scheme, promoting the spirit of benefiting our society by zealous practices.
